The Starkey Hearing Foundation
Starkey Hearing Foundation bergabung dengan Clinton Global Initiative dan telah berkomitmen untuk memberikan 1,000,000 alat bantu dengar secara gratis untuk orang-orang kurang mampu yang menderita gangguan pendengaran di seluruh dunia dalam dekade ini. Sejauh ini sekitar 470,000 alat bantu dengar gratis telah dibagikan di lebih dari 100 negara.
Misi Starkey Hearing Foundations adalah, "So the World May Hear," yang artinya "Sehingga Dunia Dapat Mendengar", yaitu tentang membawa pemahaman diantara orang-orang melalui kepedulian dan berbagi. Kami percaya bahwa kepedulian dapat menumbuhkan rasa kepercayaan dan dengan berbagi kita dapat menemukan rasa kemanusiaan. Right-to-Hear Foundation
Right to Hear Foundation berperan aktif dalam nasib anak-anak yang menderita gangguan pendengaran dalam dunia industri baru dan negara-negara berkembang, serta melaksanakan beberapa proyek untuk memudahkan integrasi mereka, untuk memberikan mereka kesempatan yang sama dan masa depan yang tak terbatas.
Anak-anak yang mengalami gangguan pendengaran berat sangat tergantung pada berbagai ahli dalam bidang pendengaran - untuk diagnosis gangguan pendenagran yang tepat, menemukan audiologi yang tepat, penyesuaian alat bantu dengar atau implan koklea yang tepat, dan terapi profesional untuk kemampuan berbicara. Dalam dunia industri baru dan negara-negara berkembang hal ini terkait dengan masalah finansial yang harus dihadapi keluarga pasien, dan juga sistem kesehatan dan pendidikan. Right to Hear Foundation memberikan bantuan dalam kasus-kasus yang telah dipilih secara cermat.
ABDI adalah mitra Right to Hear Foundation di Asia Tenggara. Kami bersama-sama telah melaksanakan beberapa program, seperti; membagikan FM-System gratis ke sekolah-sekolah lokal, mendirikan pusat habilitasi di Jakarta dan bekerjasama dengan BNI (Bank Nasional Negara) untuk membuat program pinjaman biaya rendah bagi pengguna implan koklea.
